This was the Bontrager one our LBS fitted when my wife collected her Rail 7. It won’t fit our standard bottles only a little one I used for my tools. No idea what model it is though.

What gauges are you guys using? I need something more accurate than the gauge on my stirrup pump.

My sons 2018 Trek PF7 c/w Bosch 500wh battery almost always shows the same ranges when fully charged. Turbo 41 miles EMTB 49 miles Tour 67 miles ECO 134 miles!!!!! I get nothing like it with my power tube. Does anyone else get anything similar? I do have a video as proof but can’t up load it.

Yeh it's about 73kgs without the batteries. Took them to southern Germany and Austria last year without any issues. The additional straps from the top of the tailgate make a real difference with stability.

I'm not far off your weight and my Powerfly 7 has no issues. Stick to a decent make and no rear suspension and you'll be fine. I'm almost 1000 miles on mine and its fantastic. Once you start the weight will start to drop off you. all the best ???

How's the testing going with this kit. I've a 2019 PF7 that has 2 bottle cages so storage isn't an issue but would like a bit of back up charge. I'm not 100% happy with the range on these later powertube batteries. I don't seem to get the range out of this as I did with my 2018 500wh battery...

Cleaned mine out yesterday. There's 4 torx screws, 2 on the front face and 2 tucked up at the rear. I used a soft brush to clear the motor housing then a damp cloth to wipe it over and scrubbed the bash plate. All lovely again. Easy job.
