Mine is set the same as you have it. I normally ride on just the first 2 settings & have gotten 32 miles with 10% battery left.

I had a annoying creak. I chased it for a couple weeks. It ended up being the rear suspension linkage. I found it by soaking different areas with wd40. After I found creak I took all rear linkage bolts out & regressed. 580 miles later & it's still perfect

Bought my bike in late march 2019 & after 500 miles my chain & cassette just wore out. It was skipping on 10th & 11th gear.

Love mine, I have a ghost switch though. Turns on when it wants to sometimes. Other then that bike is bad ass.

What does this new controller look like & where can you buy it. Is it a direct plug in.

Love my Trance, hate the ride control switch. Someone at Giant needs to step up & help us with these junk switches.

Has Giant came out with a new switch to replace the junk they sold us these bike with. I dont even get mine wet & i will come out & the bike is on. Then of course you cant shut it off. You have to take battery out wich is annoying. I love my bike & have 310 miles on it in a month, but hate this...

Whats up from Delaware. I've Had my giant trance for one month now and have 280 miles. Bike is sweet.
