You can indeed do that. The shop can also correct the wheel circumference if indeed it is incorrect.
Reverting the firmware does require an Android phone now though.
Yeah bike looks to be very similar with a switch from DT swiss wheels to Nukeproof.
Cheaper model move away from xfusion and is using the rockshox domain fork.
With an added slap of 500 pounds / 600 eur on the midrange model.
Very happy with my 2021 E sommet. I have it a little over a year now...
looks really good and love the component choice. Unfortunately I already have an ebike so will have to wait a few years to consider getting one. The serviceable motor is great to see even if only select locations service them in each country its something better than going straight to Shimano to...
I am 5'9, I have a 2021 Vitus Esommet (M) and my friend has the 2019 Esommet (M). The size of the 2019 model makes it feel like a kids bike. I'm not sure what the numbers are but it feels so much smaller. That said I have ridden his a few times since I've had mine (maybe 3-4?).
My thoughts:
The...
From the information you've provided on the corrupt firmware, I'm inclined to think the flash keeps corrupting. It would possibly explain why the bike hasn't gone into neutral and instead a gear inside the motor is engaged as it can't even boot up and put the bike into neutral. Each component...
From a design point it must be as its mount points are part of the actual hub putting the weakest point as the screws themselves which must be 2-3mm wide. While the centerlock rotor is gripping on <1mm sized spines. I don't have any numbers to backup this opinion though.
It would probably come...
I'd probably chalk that up to a poor reseating of the cables, leading to a single pulse being recognized as more than one.
Glad you got it sorted.
Sorry just to be clear, that is a second magnet?!?
Nice eyes, thats hilarious.
Interesting, my Ep8 has it mounted on the spokes.
Can you feel the magnetic field of the magnet using a screw driver or something magnetic? Is for some crazy reason any of your disc rotor giving off a noticeable magnetic field?
When you replaced the sensor, did you reuse the old wire? A damaged...
Take a picture of the magnet and its senor and attach it.
The misread speed reading of 87mph/140kph suggests to me either the senor is misreading or the magnet is signaling a higher speed incorrectly. Since you've replaced the sensor that would lead me to believe the magnet is the problem.
I'd...
Just went and made one there. The 2 bar (29 psi) limit on the side. The relief valve opened at 20 psi. Only a tiny bit, might be able to get it to 22ish. My one is 2l in volume. A reasonable amount of air seems to come out of it better than a floor pump thats for sure, would rather it could go...
I was considering this awhile back, as I have one sitting around. But the stated pressure on mine is 2 bar (29 psi). And I feel the pressure relief valve opens quite quick when hand pumping (although unmeaured). Is there a stated maximum pressure on yours?
I know a few people including myself using a WTB Volt (142 - Medium) that are very happy with it.
Most upgraded from other saddles that came with their bikes.

Looked up other comments on the volt on the forum. Seems most people are happy with it...
How long after the wash was this test? Those Brose motors are known for letting in water and if given a bit of time can evaporate out and start working again. I'm not so familar with the Broze/Specialized situation so someone else can probably give you better information.
2 bar for your rear tire at your weight is mental even for XC. Way too hard IMO. But do what works for you. You could probably drop that down to 1.5-1.6 and have no detrimental effects while getting more grip. Front pressure is good.
Most tire manufacturers make fine tires its just about choosing the correct one for the job. For beginner to intermediate riders that are riding singletrack mountain bike trails I'd recommend an aggressive front tire and a higher griip than needed rear tire.
Schwalbe: Magic Mary (F) / Hans Damf...
1.5 bar is probably too low for you on the front particularly if its an ebike. Is that the tire with the tear/wear marks? 2 bar on the back should be plently. 1.6-1.7 on the front for your weight probably.
Sorry this above post is directed at a weight of 95kg. Your tire pressure without your...
