My 2017 Jam 2 is due its “free?” 1 year service soon ...supposed to include software update .....should I trust my dealer ( claims no longer Focus distributer) to do it. Or is it really necessary anyway? Anybody done the upgrade ....what is it anyway...if it aint broke why upgrade it??
