The only thing I will add here is regular strength training and stretching/conditioning eradicates all aches and pains on the bike for me. I used to get lower back pain many years ago when time trialling which I sorted through my training.

This … I’ve had many Öhlins forks and this was my protocol. Always got them dialled in pretty quickly after applying the base settings. Öhlins really have nailed it in my opinion with their calcs. Just seems bizarre they removed it. Maybe they are upgrading their CMS/Webiste etc ?

Thanks - yes that is like a calculator that finds a recommended product. The calc for the setup was very similar (but had a black design theme).

There used to be a calculator where you selected your bike, the fork and shock you have, weight, sag preference, etc etc and then it came up with variables for the air pressure, ramp up pressure, compression and rebound. It was great for getting a baseline to work from.

I built an Enduro from frame up to go with my EMTB. It’s a pretty ornament now. Used it a handful of times. It’s boring compared, limited laps so difficult to session. Unlike the Kenevo which is like a portable shuttle for me!

If you are able to, you should definitely try Öhlins. So adjustable, plush and quiet. Yes - Llandegla is fairly local to me. I live quite near it in Wales. I live just over the border. Great place and atmosphere.
