I only noticed it while "handling" the bike so far, not during riding. I believe while you are pedaling the motor "works" so there is no "space" between the gears. But for example i do hear the sound when walking down over stairs letting the bike roll beside me. Kling, kling, kling, kling, like...

It really sounds like space between the gears...could become a constant problem with all Mahle motors...

I already checked them. Sound is coming from "inside" the frame. Motor/bottom bracket region.

I noticed something about my SL .... If I have the bike in front of me and i lift the rear tire (approx. 10 cm) by grabbing the bike at the rear end of the saddle and then dropping the bike to the ground (preferably very hard ground), I can hear a sound that reminds me of a loose washer that...
