So then ,according to Spesh my new motor (lovingly designated here as "Tambourin") is now on the way. Although it runs smoothly, the noise you hear when shaken (similar to a keychain you shake in your hand) has become stronger and is now audible even while pedaling. It only disappears for a time...
I also thought about removing the remote because of the clean look. I discovered i use the walk assist a lot for repeating my favourite parts of very steep trails or pushing my bike upwards for some trailcare or trailbuilding. So i decided to leave it.
You are so right! The carrying, the movin around, even pushing the bike up again on very technical steep trail passages with its "pushing aid" is so hard.
I remember the day i grabbed the SL and pulled it out of the box. It felt like a road bike.
If you want the "real" bike feeling (steering, jumping, doing manuals etc.) go for the SL.
If you want more the brachial type of feeling go for the LEVO. The LEVO is the powermachine, the SL is the more agile, numble bike.
I would go for the SL. I rode the Levo for several years, it feels too "clumsy" in comparison to the SL. The SL is definitely the right decision for riders who have no problem with "some" pain in their legs.
Anyone tried the Goodyear Newton ST 29 x 2.4? I would love to test it on my LEVO SL. Iconic brand;-)
