XD
what about the second question?
how long is the travel on the dropper you fitted? what's your high? inseam if possible =)
I ordered a K1 too, waiting for it now and hopping to fit a PNW Loam, and trim the travel down if necessary
Nice, but I'm not sure what you mean by "I switched to a 135mm rise handlebar", I guess 35mm, or am I missing something?
Also, what dropper did you fit in your K1?
Finally showed some love to the bike and decided to post since I have found a lot of help on this forum.
My Rail 7 Medium is almost 12 months old and has almost 3000 miles on it. I love how the bike feels right now.
I'm really skeptical about upgrades, but these are my options for my northern...
Hi everyone,
My wife's 2020 Norco Sight VLT 29 A1 just got 2000 miles over 13 months.
The Motor/battery has been flawless, way more reliable than my Trek Rail 7
We swapped the SX drivetrain for Shimano SLX after 6 months, no problems after that.

Nice, it looks like you still have room for the water bottle.
Out of curiosity, are you riding 160 or 170 mm of travel on the fork? mino link on the high position?
I'm 5'8" and I fit a OneUp 180 without any issues on a medium Rail 7.
I recently got a OneUp 210 for my Ibis Rimpo AF medium and there is no way it will work on the medium Rail 7 for me
I measured my Trek Rail frame to fork crown joint and compared it to my wife's Norco e-bike (Sight VLT 29) and my new Ripmo frame.
The Trek is ~70mm (~2 3/4 inches) the Norco and Ripmo are ~60mm (2 3/8 inches)
Can someone share their pictures of aftermarket forks on Rails?
I replaced the stock dropper for a One Up v2 180mm, which I also had previously on my Yeti SB5.5
I'm 5'8" and no issue fitting it on my Rail 7 med.
I'd recommend having a gap of at least 10mm between the dropper collar and the seat tube one, that helped on the Yeti
I watched that video before getting my wife's Norco.
All is true, but not a big problem.
I fixed the chain guide, just unmount the chainring and lower the chain guide.
The speed sensor is not elegant, but it works without issues.
My friend got the Carbon VLT and it has some rubber where the...
