Yes. It is after market and custom, so there is definitely a cost.
I don’t know enough about the besst tool but looks like endless sphere as more details on that. A few people have tried it.
I would say realistically it is priced similarly to the current X1 upgrades for the ultra ($500-$700, depending on wattage )- but we are looking at scaling up and reducing our cost to do this. More we can develop, the better we can do on the price.
To my knowledge, besst is also a $200-$250...
You will be able to do that with the Archon X2 controller (for m600, CAN). Just create default default (start up) profile, and then switch to off road / de-restricted mode with a couple of clicks.

The torque sensor is in the motor, the speed sensor is external. No chain. The display is a monochrome IIRC.
Umm.. i dont know if there is a demarcation. However the ones we are getting next month are all silent gear embedded in them. You have to ask whoever you ordered it from.
You can also always switch to metal if the silent gear doesnt work for some reason.
If you are in spain, might be...
We have worked with Bafang over the past year and the "silent gear" will be standard in all new motors (atleast the ones Watt Wagons is going to offer) at no additional price. I am pretty sure Bafang will provide the same motor to everyone else as well. Note that the upperbound on the gear is...
If you are using our controller (Archon X2 / aka Innotrace X2), then programming is straightforward.
Bafang is coming out with its own hardened Nylon gear, and will be in our motors by default. No need to buy PEEK add-on.
The motor upperbound will be 750W nominal (still testing if there are...
The m500 and m600 motor are the same chassis with slightly different internals. My understanding is that the new controller (X2) will work for both m600 and m500. Needs more testing since the switch from UART to CAN. But should have it ready. It will have the same features that you can see on...
This is not a Luna part - Bafang themselves are including it on the motor.
The Innotrace / WattWagons software / controller is completely separate from Bafang's (both hardware and software). Here ia video and you can use the programming cable + PC to tune it.
I am happy to hear that the...
Hi there. Bafang is including the silent gear on all m600 moving forward. You don’t need an aftermarket part anymore.
in terms of firmware, Innotrace and Watt Wagons are launching the upgraded controller for m600. Very easy to tune / tweak. The motor also is much more responsive. Same stuff as...
Thanks @Zimmerframe
yes, the dual battery converter is quite cool. Simple circuit to be honest - stuff people can build quickly. We are just making a more production quality, better potted version.
Also for power hungry offroad stuff, check out the labs section - you can build a screaming...
Hey everyone, I am the owner of Watt Wagons. We have a demo build of our bike (Hydra) and are looking for a somewhat local tester / reviewer for the bike. Ideally it is an honest review. We are not perfect so constructive feedback is welcome. Yes, we are aware that the frame cannot do dual...
Hey guys, my name is Pushkar and I am the owner of Watt Wagons. We are a small ebike company based out of the Boston, MA (USA) area. We recently launched our first EMTB with a custom Bafang Ultra system.
I am a lazy person so most of our so called innovations are targeted to consumers like me...
