I suppose its because your messing with the geometry by doing that alone
Front centre and wheel base get extended and you end up with slower steering and it go on and on
I know it's along time ago this thread But I've been giving info to Superstar components in regards to a angled headset and they didn't seem to realise that that Cube use a 56 cup top and bottom

As for the size I would say A large would be a bit more playfully for your height, A Extra Large would be a more relaxed comfortable ride

I've been running speedbox for year and half with the purion, I'm generally riding with it so when you may need to overtake something you don't that wall of non assistance cut in

I think you'll find that wheel models must play a part because the were two types of dt swiss wheels I was looking at, one rated at 120kg fully kitted against the other that is 130kg
So I would guess it must have something to do with it

To me it's saying just that
Because it maybe the tires the bike was supplied with are not a tubeless tire, and if you swap them for a tubeless tyre then yuir good to go with the Rims that came with the bike.
