I was looking for a Belingo/Partner last year, couldn't find one, but now have a Partner WAV. You can ride straight into the back (almost) and 2 bike with wheels on are possible with the third seat in.
It arrived today, 7 days after putting the order in. Nothing else to pay, and a pack of Haribo GoldBaren which I am very unhappy about as there are more Grun und Rot than Gold. Bloody EU!!!
I remember using Cincinnati horizontal milling machines back in the day whilst working at the BT research labs, although even in the 1980s we had digital readouts fitted. In truth this was very much like my apprenticeship before starting there !!!
Personally I would say you would like both bikes, and as an E150 owner I would say it depends if you want a bike that looks like a Tonka Toy or a Stealth fighter.....................
I would say you are riding the wrong trails. Around the twisties and over roots and bumps, I accelerate out leaving analogue bikes gasping for breath, on smooth flowing trails, or down hill I struggle to keep up, but if you have an ebike to chase Strava I think you have bought it for the wrong...
Looking at the positive as I do, and to use one of my favourite witticisms "at the end of the day we are all one day closer to death" so I am aiming to put more life in my days, rather than days in my life. We can all get more money, but no one on their death bed said I wish I hadn't spent so...
I have got a WAV Partner, and thought I would have to take the ramp off, no need loads of room for a single, and I am sure I could fit two with no problems. Just to add I can put the bike in and secure it single handedly, how do I know? I done it after dislocating my thumb(y)
Eventually found a use for this old Autoklock steering wheel lock. Just an added level of security, to go with my sold secure diamond lock, if I leave the bike in the van unattended.
When I ruptured my patella tendons (complete severing) having come around from the operation to reattach the patella to my tibia, the consultant said "of course you would have been better breaking your leg" to which I answered " next time I am falling I will remember that", and he laughed !!! to...
Having sourced a 38T I tried to fit it today. School boy error, as I measured the gap between chain ring and chain stay when the bike was upright ie weighted. Turned the bike upside down to fit and it touches the chain stay as the bike is unweighted. So its up for sale!
