Hi Stumpy,
Thanks for your reply!
I checked the Rider Care post again but it doesn't mention if the hole is required to stay open for ventilation and if that is the reason why they choose for filter foam instead of blocking the hole completely. I really like the Bikescence solution but I am...
I think this is the best solution so far as well but I am only asking myself if the hole was also designed for cooling purposes? If so, then the sponge would be the best solution although I also think it clog/block rapidly. Anyone any ideas about this?
In German you are able to find the information here:

Are you aware that you can take the clamping bars of the bike rack and position them where you want? I could also clamp the seat post just above the rear damper. From my feeling the clamping was not the challenge. The challenge with my XL frame size was the lenght of the bike and therefore the...
Can this link be of help maybe?

Thanks! Sorry, maybe a stupid question but does the size of the Enduroguard matter in relation to the size of the bike or is it just in relation to the wheel size? I have an XL frame.
Great looking bike! Enjoy it!
Can you maybe tell me which mud catchers you have installed? I would like to install them as well but at our LBS they were slightly worried that there would not be enough clearance with the ones they have standard on stock.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your quick reply!
I weigh about 100kg with all gear. I recieved the first 2019 Levo from my LBS so they haven't got any reference yet. They me that they were informed by Specialized that a mechanic would immediately hear the difference between a good and wrong motor already when...
I guess most likely you would need to change both sides. (left and right plastic motor housing cover) This will make it a labour intensive modification.
Hi Davarello,
I have the exact same bike. I like your temporarily solution until Specialized releases the required service parts. In the weekend I will add it as well. (y)
May I ask you another question, you commented "Also has a noticeable whiny noise under load (silent in ECO)". Yesterday...
@Specialized Rider Care
Thanks for your additional feedback again and don't worry about about the initial confusion. Personally I am happy with your proactive and direct feedback and a company which is not hiding itself infront of it's (critical) customers. Although it will maybe feel sometimes...
I am asking myself why Specialized Rider Care stated in the post above:
"Whilst the parts are easy for us to supply, fitting the cover involves removing the motor and it's not a simple or quick job for our retailers. The sponge template above is deliberately simple to cut and retro-fit whereas...
I share your comment that it's a great bike. However it's an expensive bike as well and when, at least I, buy a premium product I expect premium quality. This is where my frustration lies and I hope Specialized will understand this and is willing to solve the early 2019 Levo issues no matter...
I wish I had known this three days ago. I would just left it at the dealer and waited for a fresh 2019 model including the original sponge part and updated motor housing which Specialized is now fitting during 1st fit production.
@Specialized Rider Care
I highly appreciate your feedback here on this forum and would like to encourage you to keep on doing this.
However I hope you will also understand my feeling when I tell you that only last Saturday I received my brand new 2019 Levo at our LBS. I went into the shop with...
@Specialized Rider Care
First of all thanks for your response!
Just to make I understood your message correctly, you are working now on two service parts which should prevent debris from entering the motor housing:
1) Adding a fourth bolt to the motor cover (both sides of the cover were...
I just checked my bike Levo 2019 Comp with the 504Wh battery.
MC 65% -> 327Wh
BLEvo 65% -> 292Wh
Within the BLEvo bikemonitor I also noticed a 52% value at the right upper corner next to "pause". I am not sure what that % means. Further I also noticed the a red blinking light next to motor.
