Mine is an XL and is 36.64# with pedals and small bits. I think I saved over 2# over stock wheels ands tires. Question: is it normal not to be able to turn cranks backwards and have chain move? Not used to E-bikes so that caught me off guard when I was cleaning chain.
I have one I have never used, other than charging it and mounting it to see how it worked. Make me an offer andI will see if it is worth it to me to part ways with it.
Yes I do and I have had no issues with mounting a water bottle cage and using it. It is shown in my picture, but I have the largest size frame so maybe that is the difference. You can also get some cages that have lower mounting locations, I know ATM Handmade had some custom King cages made...
I have the aluminum Jam2 Pro and like it. Have not ridden anything else other than the Specialized Levo. I have made some changes to mine. Mine was the 29" wheel model and I have upgraded the wheels to 29+ with carbon rims and better hubs. I am running the McFly 2.8 x 29 tires with no clearance...
Yes I did but have not used it yet. Only have about 30 total miles on it so far. One ride of 24 miles and the battery had about 4-6 miles left, and most of the 24 miles were in ECO mode. So I guess it has a range of maybe 30 miles with just the stock battery.
I am 57 years old and just bought a Focus Jam2. I have been MTB'ing since 1982 and bought the eMTB to try something different. Anyway hope to learn a few things from you all.
