Hi Chaps.
Has anyone got a power on button for a Sam/Jam2 shimano version. The one on the top frame rail.

Not bad price if anyone's desperate for a motor.
Yep mine did exactly the same at about 18months old and 3500miles.
Battery knackered luckily it was replaced under warranty but was told new battery doesn't have a new warranty its just carried on from the original bike purchase warranty. Hope it doesn't go again as warranties now expired!!!!!

Bet it wont run with just the tec pack fitted as i would imagine somehow the wiring loom to the batteries are linked together. It would be good to know if anyone does actual know if a Sam Or Jam with the shimano motor will run with just the tec pack and the bike own battery removed?

Check for any burrs and if there are any remove then very carefully then with say a sharp stanley knife then degrease and clean off the chipped area, fill with chip with epoxy let it set hard then carefully sand...
Hi Folks.
My Sam 2 recently died after doing nearly 3.5k of fun virtually all offroad type riding with a 16st lump on top of it.
The battery range diminished suddenly and would just cut the power when it got to one bar then the bloody motor died with the dreaded E010 & W013 fault codes = Bugger...
