If you check the small print you will find that trek warranty is only transferable on frame and components except for battery, motor and electrics... So not that good when the most faults are with the electrical components 👍👍

New motor fitted ,, 6 weeks and 300 miles later and the new motor has shit itself 😩..3rd motor on its way thanks Bosch 👍👍

I had similar issue .. my backend of the bike was twisted .. trek were not having any of it even sent it back to them to check for alignment and came back all ok (even tho as from pics you can clearly see it was bent) ... Within a few weeks of having it back I heard a twang and noticed the weld...

Hahahaha... Nah it's a new display after smashing the last one off.. was first ride with it .. But as far as knowing what's wrong I'm presuming it's water in the motor as gone through all the other things Bosch have advised..

2 treks down at the same time both with same 500 & 550 errors.. both on similar milage (2000ish) just a coincidence???

Is it too late for me to get one made for UK?...

For future reference you can take the grey connector off and just pull wires through then put grey plug back on 👍👍

I have this problem quite often when I catch the mech on stuff... It rotates backwards on the hanger and I have to push it forward by hand

So 2022 rail ordered today due in January 🤘🤘.. my old girl (rail 2020) has done an awesome job so sticking with the same bike just a shiny new one 😍.. even tho the only components that are staying is the frame, motor and battery 🤦🤣🤣
