Mine was 5.0.0 and the update to 5.0.4 made a big difference. My LBS did my update despite the fact I didn’t buy from them.

Took mine in to Don Skenes and they updated to 5.0.4 and I’m getting 20 amps out and I can feel the difference instantly.

Any idea how they up the Amps? Is it like a firmware update? Thanks

I’m in the same boat. Mine is the original motor but only getting 14.4 and firmware is 5.0.0. Just tried my mates and his went to 20.2a on firmware 5.0.4. Felt the difference straightaway. Lbs going to have a look this week.

Hi guys, Whilst taking my back wheel off my 2018 levo to inspect a creaking noise (that I was getting under load), my cassette and freehub fell off completely. One of the pawls has come off too. Is this a job I could attempt myself (with the right tools) or do I need to get an expert repair...

Just got mine from Halfords. Good bit of kit for the money and my 3 yr old has it on her little pink electric trike at the moment. She’s blinding everyone in the house with it :)
