No worries, this will become a second nature after a few rides. I came all the way from "how and when do I use this thing?" to "how did I even live without it?" in no time )
Try one of the coil-spring conversion kits for linear and plush suspension - motocross bikes feel plush cause they switched back from air-springs to coils a while ago )
I'm rather disappointed by the factory Levo 2018 saddle - i feel pressure building up on the inner parts of my hips on the longer rides due to wider "wings" - swapped it to Selle SMP Drakon but still feel i could use more cushion, gonna try Selle Italia Diva Gelflow - it worked pretty well on my...
Can't think of any major upgrade to the frame or any other base components. I guess upgrading the suspension and battery life is the way to go. Cockpit design changes also possible option - the change they did from 2018 to 2019 was the right way to go, let's see if they can make it even better )
Jeez, that looks bad. I guess going metal on the cranks (and most other parts - like the frame) is justified for eMTB considering the additional weight and possibility of pedal strikes. Hope your LBS will get it fixed for you at reasonable terms.
Your questions were reasonable. Now that initial wave of emotion is through I see that my first post is far from being informative. I added more details based on what your comments.

Also remember that...
Ok, the first thing I didn't like about my Levo Comp is the fork, it produced too much chatter over small bumps and washboards. I wanted my fork plush especially on the small bumps, so instead of installing Charger 2, which was my initial intention, I opted for Smashpot from Vorsprung.
Spring...
I don't consider the carbon suspension to be that much superior to non-carbon. You will get more bang by doing the coil spring conversion to the Revelation fork and swapping the rear shock to coil+different yoke.
After a few rides I found out that my Spesh seat is too wide at the area where my legs connect to my body, feel too much pressure on the inner side of my hips. I guess it's time to swap it for Selle SMP Drakon from my fatbike )
