Hi!
Can I ask you why you replaced the stock dropper post? (The stock dropper post doesn't go all the way down?)
And can the Garmin 130 display the mode or assist level, and the amount of battery charge remaining?
Thanks, I think you're probably right.
I am just waiting to see the Levo 2019 - if it's the same as the Levo 2018 - I think I will as you suggest choose the Kenevo.:)
Which dropper post did your wife install?
I checked the Specialized website - the Command Post WU, which is on the Kenevo, is only offered with a diameter of 34.9.
All the other Specialized dropper posts have a smaller diameter.
I should have indicated I am in a somewhat peculiar situation.
I have no quadriceps in my left leg; so I can't stand on the pedals. I must sit on any bike all the time.
So really now it's the Levo for me; just waiting for the 2019 models (though it appears there probably will be no change...
Thanks R120!
You answered my question.
I wouldn't like that dropper post - so I think that rules out the Kenevo for me (leaning back towards the Levo).
Sorry, I may be off-topic, but can you sit comfortably on the Kenevo's saddle, in any intermediate position, other than the most extended position where the saddle is level/horizontal?
Hi!
Yes, I saw that video (and others), and based on that video and others, I chose the Specialized Diverge in a carbon frame. I did not fall so hard with my bike, and I am certain the frame would not have cracked in 3 places, and in fact would have remained intact if it were aluminum (the bike...
My carbon Diverge frame actually cracked in 3 places when I fell with it.
But I have been told even if your carbon bike suffers only scratches - the frame is not reliable anymore, and needs to be replaced.
Maybe that is not true?
I admit was excited about the FLYON, until I realized its frame is carbon (or carbon/aluminum).
I think carbon is a gimmick (even a scam), unless you are a professional racer (probably many on this forum are) - because even 1 fall will likely mean the end of your bike (which was the case with...
Thank you so much to Rob Hancill, knut7, R120, Kernow, cricker, Stumpy, for your informative comments. I apologize if I missed anyone.
At one moment I am leaning towards the Kenevo, the next the Levo...
As some of you pointed out, given I need to remain seated and can't stand - a plusher...
I would get the new 2019 Kenevo much based on the color scheme - it's absolutely beautiful; hope the new Turbo Levos also come out with nice paint schemes like that - not the boring blacks - a color poorly visible in the evening, so a safety concern.
I was intending to get a Turbo Levo Fsr...
So it seems the difference between the the 2019 Kenevo Expert and the 2018 Kenevo (according to the specs posted on Rutland Cycling) is absolutely 0 (zero - well except for the color).
