    Reign E+ 2022

Different people with different body proportions. Try before changing anything. On my XL the stock bar (20mm rise) is higher than on my S5 Kenevo with 40mm riser bar. Cockpit isn't that long, I can weight the front nicely with the stock 50mm stem. I have couple of cm seat post showing, doesn't...

    Reign E+ 2022

Yes, I know. When I had a bike with external battery and rode in -10C, the capacity dropped -40% [emoji28] But I did almost an identical ride week before with the Kenevo (500Wh battery), the consumption and perceived effort were pretty much the same. But it was a bit warmer, +0, and without...

    Reign E+ 2022

First proper ride on my E+ 2 XL Trail conditions: perfect, hard packed snow and ice, -6C. PRs destroyed everywhere. Mods to the bike: DMR pedals and grips, Schwalbe Ice Spiker Pro tires. Flip chip set to high. Battery usage: 35km, elevation gain 500m. Used 80% of battery, riding mostly on level...

VIDEO: Kellys Theos: Built By Robots, Claimed 2x Stronger

I wouldn't call the battery "easily removable", but otherwise very interesting bike and concept. But the question is, are these bikes actually available to buy, and what's the price for the F70 model?

    Reign E+ 2022

I received my E+2 today :D Quick first impressions from riding back and forth on an icy street. Compared to my Kenevo, the motor feels more like Shimano than Brose. It sure isn't as punchy as Brose, but it does engage and disengage very quickly which is super nice. Not as quiet as Brose. The...

    2022 Reign E+ size

Are you referring to Reign E+ 2022 or earlier models?

    It can happen anywhere.

I've never needed medical attention because of mtb rides. But twice on bike lanes and paths. It happens when you least expect it.

    Reign E+ 2022

How are chainstays actually measured? Through center of the bike or along the chainstay? Because latter would give longer result because chainstays are wider at the rear end of the bike.

    New Bosch PowerTube 750Wh 2022

Probably not. 21700 cells are 5mm longer than 18650 cells. So if the frame is not designed to take batteries with 21700 cells (like Specialized frames) then retro-fitting is most likely not possible.

Trousers that fit knee pads or at least aren't like leggings

Thanks for the tip. Last time I tried Endura trousers they were hopelessly short or had humongous waist. But that was a few years ago..

What a beautiful day. Keeping the trails open, but this was as far I could go on this trail.

Trousers that fit knee pads or at least aren't like leggings

There’s nothing in the mtb world that will fit you. Either the leg is too short or waist too big. I'm the same size and finding long mtb trousers has been my never ending quest. Currently I'm using some hiking pants, for someone reason they seem to make them with longer legs.

Levo Gen 3 Price rises on Specialized website

A bike is more than sum of its parts. But I do agree that some components choices are cheap even for Specialized. Personally I'm happy for the price hikes as I"m going to sell my Kenevo soon. More demand or better price for me [emoji16]

    What's wrong with 150-160mm forks?

Seems like everyone wants to raise the travel to 170mm. Why? Or why do manufacturers always put 10-20mm too short forks on their bikes? Me, I ride 180mm fork, should I go 190mm[emoji28]

Get your order in for cube asap

Looks like the 625Wh models are the same as 2021 models? I've been eyeing on 750Wh Stereo Hybrid 160. But they keep pushing them back, now it looks like May 2022.

    Kenevo Gen1 2023 Gen 3 Turbo Kenevo

No idea, my conservative guess is Jul/Aug 2022. But what would it be like? Levo 2022 is already quite "aggressive" bike in its low and slack settings. Maybe a FF 29er Enduro? Or something totally new and unexpected? I wish it would still be a 27.5".

Do I need more than one type of grease?

I use marine grease for almost anything except chain and suspension. Cheap and plentiful, my bearings are always like new.
