I think, if you've chosen a Kenevo, you've thrown any and all ideas of lightness out of the window.
No matter what you do to it, you are still riding the heaviest mountain bike you have ever, or will ever ride :)
Mubea built this bike as a demonstration of their motor/gearbox and automated carbon manufacturing processes, they are not going to put this bike into production. In terms of their motor, they are in the same position as Brose, looking to sell them to bike companies to integrate them into their...
I have these, very thin, but a bit small, and started getting play a bit too soon. I went for Boomslangs on my Kenevo, again nice and thin, probably better quality than the AE03's, but again, a bit small, and maybe even a bit too grippy!
I would always recommend Vaults, my Mrs has them on all...
The fact that i think that any bike with fixed front and rear lights, and a massive computer, might be the best looking bike i've ever seen, means i'm either too old and losing my ability to know what cool is, or this really is one of the best looking bikes ever...
I don't even own a lock, there is just no way on earth I would ever leave my Kenevo anywhere, ever. Even if I chained it to a ship using the anchor as a lock, some f**ker will try and steal the ship to take my bike!!!
Just buy this:
Sealey PW1712 Pressure Washer 12V Rechargeable
Not high pressure, but perfect pressure for any bike. It's portable, rechargeable, holds loads of water, has an adjustable jet, a soap system, a shower head and a charge lasts ages. Was initially a bit flimsy but Sealey have...
Nearly all e-bike reviews contain the line "It won't replace your normal bike", though after just three weeks, even road bikes make me feel like i'm riding with the brakes on... My Kenevo has absolutely replaced my 'normal' bike...
Just found this thread, i posted this earlier today on another thread, might be helpful.
Years ago i settled on 40 - 11 (3.64/1 Ratio) as my perfect hardest gear, ensuring i never run out of cadence on any of the fastest tracks i ride.
38 - 11 (3:45/1) left me a little short but improved my...
Why does it need that when you can just do it on Mission Control? But yes there is...
As for Specialized knowing, I literally just posted the same question, seems the person here who probably knows for sure would rather not say on record...
Not quite sure what you're on about, assumed drunk typing, but whilst were talking gear ratios, i have to say the stock gearing on the Kenevo is utterly ridiculous.
Firstly i'd just say i rarely hit speeds on tarmac that i do on a dh track so i don't quite see why the need for a higher gear...
That's probably the tenth time you've said that in this thread :)
I know you feel you HAVE to keep saying that, but i think i can safely speak for everyone and say WE KNOW THAT ALREADY...
What we don't know, is wether or not Specialized can tell you've done that using diagnostics, all this...
Haha, don't get me started on the ethics of this. Whilst it's supposedly fine for the lycra brigade to do 40mph on busy public roads with non existent, gripless skinny tyres, terrible brakes or none at all, 30cm wide handlebars that offer no control whatsoever and the worst possible riding...
So in short, would you say that if you derestrict your bike using Blevo, and then have a problem, as long as you reset your settings back to standard using Mission Control, everything should be fine if you have to take your bike back to the shop?
