17 miles done with the DPX2 today at swinley, both red and blue done and even some faffing about on a couple of drops and jumps. The DPX2 certainly felt better than the factory fitted dps. Maybe it was psychological but I felt like I had more confidence and was going a bit faster. I also found...
From the shop to the van it felt great :-). Will be out on it tomorrow at swinley. Initial thoughts are that it feels like it needs less input to move but that could just be psychological. They said in the shop that it’s custom tuned for ebikes so I’m looking forward to giving it a run.
Just been to see Chris at Berkshire cycles, the new turbo shop is really nice. As a result I’ve now got a DPX2 fitted to the levo. I’m gonna have to stop taking my wallet when I go to the shop.
Hi all,
I have been searching in the forum around using the DPX2 on the 2019 Levo and it whilst there are quite a few discussions around it i couldn't find what I needed.
I've been in touch with both TFtuned and Silverfish with regards to buying the shock and from what I believed I needed to...
Well I feel like a right spanner now. I've been out looking at the shock and comparing to technical drawings on Fox's website trying to decipher what I have. I've just put the tune code back into the Fox website and noticed that under the big white text that says 2019 performance series float...
I'm considering installing a volume reducer in my DPS performance (2019 Comp Carbon) but the information on the Fox website is a bit of a mine field. It would appear that either I can or can't install a reducer depending on whether I have an LV or SV shock. Fox appear to list both in the parts...
Without wanting to throw a spanner in the works, how does the shuttle slider impact this? I am currently running with this set to 0. Can you set this per assistance mode or is it a global setting? Apologies if this is hijacking your thread but I didn't want to create a new thread when this one...
To make it worse I have just noticed that the front and rear have the orange stripe on different sides. Weirdly the rear tyre looks like it is leaning to one side, grip wise I mean.
Right so I have the tyres and whilst they were an absolute **** to fit they are now on. The front is pumped up and seems to be holding pressure (ill check it tomorrow and chuck in some sealant). The rear however will not hold pressure, air seems to be rushing out of the valve where the round...
Thanks for that, I have ordered a pair and will give them a go. I don't push the bike to the extremes so I imagine they will be ok. Time will tell, I'll post my thoughts when I get them.
Just in case anyone was interested, I emailed Schwalbe and asked them what the deal was with the 29 x 2.6 front. Their response is below.
Our Eddy Currrent Front in 2,6 will be available (in Germany) in the beginning of March 2019.
We ask for your understanding.
My personal thoughts based on...
Sorry for the late post but does anyone know if the 29 x 2.6 front is actually coming out? I was interested in the 29x2.6 front and rear for my 2019 Levo but cannot find any info on the front being available.
