It takes a wile to adjust, eco is a bit low, tour a bit high and over runs so you can’t use it on technical stuff. With 12 speed ive found you have to go down a few gears and use the torque of the motor for technical work.
Should be nice, on the 160 you can really feel like you are sitting in the bike if you set the seat in a lower position, just watch it pointing down hill because it will fly. I'm usually on mine questioning if I should be going downhill that fast in the Peaks.

Had rear brake issues on my Whyte 160, awful squeal and vibration trough bike.
Had a look and the disc looked black like it had been subject to extreme heat, its only done a few hundred miles.
Anyway cleaned it all off and did a test ride, no noise but after 20 miles the disc is looking...
I'd agree Focus Thron² or Jam² would be a perfect ride for you, the Jam would allow you to set the suspension to be plusher giving you a smother ride.
I'd look at something about 140mm travel and decide what fits you the best, also look at something with a dropper seat post which if you lower...
£50 can’t go wrong, if you want to spend £100 get two.

This is a pure guess but maybe you have location services turn on for the site?
just going off the shape of the icon and I can see the location services icon is active at the top of the iPad next to Wi-F.
is the site listed if you go to settings general, privacy, location services
By removing the cover can you access the cable to install a Kiox or do you need to drop the motor.
Not sure if I should try a self install or let the dealer do it.
