    Whyte e-mtb

I loved my Focus and it was a trail bike, the 160 is completely different and is a full on all mountain bike. You just point it and say I'm going that way. Zebs - Very stiff, combined with the wide bars it gives you great control and the front end is really stiff and planted on the rocky...

Whats Kiox like to use? Is this a self or dealer install? Id like to try the mapping and get the screen to the centre of the bike.

    Whyte e-mtb

i popped into my lbs to see when they would have some and they had 4 160s i only rode it up the road to get the fit right, I roughly new what to expect as I’ve owned a T130 before. It seems , no test rides or discounts as they are selling them as soon as they get them. Think they have 2 RS...

    Whyte e-mtb

I only went to have a look and 3 hours latter I was having my first ride on my 160. Cables are a little long and need reducing at some point. Can't believe the power from the motor, it does run over a little when you stop peddling.

Are Shimano staying in the motor game ?

    Bike Stand update

I got the 10.2, very sturdy using it with my Focus jam, I just lift it hang by the cross bar and tighten the clamp. Its very easy to use, but being big needs a bit of room to store.

would you buy an emtb without a test ride?

I sat on my Focus but didn't ride it, the fit felt fine and it was the right price, 2500 miles latter still happy with it........

    Focus Jam2 with Shimano Motor

The TEC pack runs as a completely independent battery, the internals senses if its connected.

Shimano transitioning away from support for E8000?

    Whyte e150s

Lovely - The T130 was a bit light on the front on steep climbs, how is the ebike on steep technical climbs?

Levo SL Gen 1 Levo SL Expert - my build thread.

Very nice but I’m a relatively fit 42 year old, living in Scotland... with 2 children under 5. I don’t get out on my bike as much as I’d like to, and when I do, it’s usually for a limited time. I thought an eMTB would help me get further in my allowed cycling time! If you have limited time...

JAM² Handling with TEC pack fitted

In an ideal world I will be using motor sparingly Till you find the joy on the last roads and hills of just putting it into turbo to blast home ?

    Bigger discount or latest kit?

I’m on a 2018 which is great, and have the TEC pack which is rarely used. If you go TEC pack you have to commit to a long ride. If you go for a standard ride, then think I’d like to do more miles you don’t have that option. Next bike I’m going for a bigger battery. I’m thinking a Whyte 150 or...

    Crashy front end?

Lots of people report no oil in forks from new, seems it a common thing.

    Crashy front end?

You may want to do a lower leg service and pop some fresh oil and butter grease on the seals.
