The way I did it on mine is Dremel a tiny notch to the top of the battery casing, same diameter as the cable, then cable tie the cable to the already existing cables on the downtube. Worked well for me and no damage to the bike frame.

Best start testing some bikes. Rock & road has some 2019 Levo Turbos in and they look loverly.......I have the Kenevo and I'm well happy with it. Also just up the road from you if you want to have a spin.......Ilminster (Y)

I had the same issue and I found that I had the Smart power under config settings ticked on but not set up. Unticked the Smart power boxes and presto.....smooth power with instant assistance.

What firmware motor and battery are you running on that? Also what is your settings for ECO, TRAIL and TURBO? My 2018 Kenevo runs fine on flats in ECO and freewheels fine with no resistance at all.
