Let's hear your custom profile setups!

If your bike is a 2022-2023 you may wanna try a custom profile. It totally changes the ride system. Adding Boost will make a huge difference. It lowers the need for a higher cadence to get power. That's been my experience anyway.

Let's hear your custom profile setups!

So far I am happy with 30%, 50%,70%, and Ludacris with +2 boost. Gets me through everything with ease... Haven't made up a B profile. I haven't had the need. I should add this is on a 2022 a Altitude A30 coil.

2022 Rocky Mountain Altitude Powerplay // Turbo Levo Gen 3

I think some people don't know about the 2 custom settings you can make and the boost settings on th RM. The factory settings had me spinning like crazy to keep up with my girlfriend on a Marin Alpine trail E1. After I did a little research and found out how to program the custom profiles it was...

When you stop on the trail do you keep a foot on the pedal? If you do it will prompt you to calibrate the system.

What other 170mm + travel e-bikes are out there.

I would seriously consider this. I have a lower speck in aluminum and I really like it. Set up the motor and spring how you want it and your good to go..

Has the 2nd hand market bubble finally burst ?

Specialized warranties the motor to the second buyer. It's a continuation of whats left from the original purchaser. Not sure about other brands.

2 months old and outdated already

I'm with you. My 2018 Focus Jam2 pro plus is still going strong and I still have a ton of fun riding it. If someone were trying to keep up with the latest and greatest they would spend more time buying and selling instead of riding. Riding and having fun is what it's all about. At least for me...

Carbon or Ali bars to dampen out stutter bumps ?

Yep. Sometimes you can find them a little cheaper but not often. The people that ride them love them. Kinda like wireless dropper post and shifting. You gotta pay to play...

    Recommend me a torque wrench

I use this one and it has never failed me. The price is right and it works great! It comes under several different name brands but still the same tool. They all look exactly the same with the same everything but the name.

    Torque wrench

I scratched up a Rockshox Reverb dropper with the Park Tool stuff. I used grease on my AXS dropper and at 5.5 nm torque and it hasn't moved on me yet.

Anyone try/have Trust Massage forks on their Focus emtb?

I never did use my Shout forks. I used my Massage forks and really liked them but they were a bit harsh off at the beginning of the travel so I went back to my 150mm rockshox lyrik. I would have loved to have tried the shouts but my bike is a 140mm travel from factory and after talking to the...
