Yes, but I think in some other posts, it was mentioned the 500 watt battery has more spacers (to compensate for its shorter length). In other words, the length of the 500 watt battery with spacers = length of the 625 watt battery. So maybe the 625 watt battery will fit in the 2019 Powerfly???

The Trek RIB Battery Alignment Procedure .pdf shows six T25 bolts: four T25 bolts at the top of the downtube, and two T25 bolts at the bottom of the downtube. Are those the bolts you guys are saying we should replace with allen bolts? And what is the equivalent size of the allen bolts we need...

May I ask which Powerfly model you have? And after how many km did the hub fail?

I checked my Trek Powerfly 2019 - the lock has the same free play as noted in the video. But after a year, and 2000 Km, my battery never fell out. Instead I have been concerned about possibly not being able to unlock the battery - as since about a month, I have to turn the key at least 2 times...

Have you had the bike for 90 days or less? Because if this is the case, and you purchased the bike using a credit card, your credit card company may cover the cost of the damages. So I would call your credit card company.
