Thanks for sharing, I did wonder when Yorkshire89 started this thread if it’s due to water making its way into the display somewhere and triggering the error messages ie it’s not to hot or to cold, rather the sensor that triggers that alert is being triggered by the water ?.
I guess we all need...
I hear you. What I find, is you need to give it a little encouragement ;-) ie drag and drop the route onto the trail you want to go on, and then I find it builds a route to and from that trail which isn't too bad. Agree though, you have to guide it at first for it to come up with something you...
I think he is drawn to getting a Levo at the moment, but he's not ridden any ebikes before so would like to try a few. He also liked the look of the Merida.
Welcome to the forum Michael!
My brothers in Melbourne and looking for an EMTB now you guys are coming out of lockdown.
So there are no Levo’s around at the moment?
And would you recommend any decent bike shops in the area?
Cheers,
Phil.
I know I mentioned the BATTERY IMPACT I'm seeing with the eWilds, but just wondered what ranges your all getting on your Stilus 500w batteries as you head into winter, with some of you on stock tyres still, some of you on new rubber, some of you with Bosch SW update and some of you without...
Sure was!
Pro's:
- Offroad Grip is night and day different from the stock Smart Sams
- They look way better :p
Con's:
- They have a lower overal circumference than the Smart Sam's. I'd not read this anywhere, but net net the tyres are noticable smaller than the Smart Sam's. I'd say when you...
Take a look at Rob's Youtube review comparing the different crank arm sizes and the pro's and con's. I'd definitely consider going slightly shorter as I get a lot of pedal strikes...
I'd add to the mix, Wind, it makes a noticeable difference.
Also Tyres. I was riding stock Swarbe Smart Sams and getting a solid 45-50 miles per charge on the Bosch 500w powertube battery (I'm 75kg). I even got 75 miles mainly on flat road and in eco and Tour! Upgraded to Michelin eWild's which...
Nope, the frame doesn't have any sizing information on it when you get it. The only way I could tell I had got a Large delivered correctly was to measure the frame with a Tape measure...
I ran the stock tyres pretty low (depends on your weight of course), but I’m 75kg and tried pressures between 13 and 17psi (I’m tubeless).
The challenge is, no matter what pressure you run the stock Smart Sams at, they will not grip in loose or muddy conditions.
If you just ride in the dry or...
I've never worried about where I store my valves in a certain position, after a few years though they do occasionally get a bit stuck so perhaps that's why! Has never been a major issue though and have been running tubeless for 15 years and never looked at where I store them.
I tend to put more...
