Shit man, glad it ended ok. I went over the bars on my old XC bike riding along a river tow path and landed in a river. The only reason the bike didn't sink was the water bottle was fill of air ? Really scary though as I was in the middle of nowhere riding on my own. Survival mode kicks in...

With eMTB, the "e" actually stands for Explore! You could always look on Strava or TrailForks etc to see where others ride and you can often find routes you never knew existed...

I think your weight and riding style with impact how long the chain and cassette will last, however bike shops will generally not provide warranty support for those types of components...

If nothing get's it off, there is one thing I use that I've not seen mentioned (apologies if I missed it), and that's heat. If you heat up the residue with a hard dryer, you can then put sellotape on the hot residue and when you peel off the sellotape the glue should come of with it ?

Not aware of any bike that meets all your requirements, unless the Shimano G4 is as suggested a fishing rod and you don't need a motor, in which case I'm sure there is a non-eMTB out there that ticks all the other requirements ;)
