From my limited experience while tyre hunting recently I would only know if a tyre was Tubeless Ready by the code on a tyre wall. And everywhere suggests this is the way to tell. So from my guess I would say they are not. But hopefully someone with more experience in tyres may be able to help ?
Just bought these for a faster rolling tyre on my e bike as its main use is gravel paths' woodland paths and tarmac.
Maxxis Ardent Race MTB Tyre - EXO - TR - 3C | Chain Reaction Cycles
Bought some continental inner tubes to put into them too or may take to LBS and get made tubeless but it...
Any universal kick stands or anything anyone can recommend for my Vitus so when out and about in the fields I'm not always laying in ground or trying to find a tree?
Also are they easy to fit if there is any?
Cheers.
For giving me one of the best days I can remember in a long time. My parents took our daughter to the sea side and my partner got her new e bike delivered today so we charged and took it for a test ride. 20 miles and 4 hours later we came back home. We had so much fun and stopped for a drink and...
Both the front and back disc brake when you squeeze them they slowly slow you down. You can make it skid but would have to squeeze very hard. Anything I can do?
@Gary I meant the price of them being so cheap has made me wonder if they are any good. Especially as on my Vitus the tyres may be slow rolling but are meant to be a real good tyre and a descent price (if price means anything I guess). To be honest I think I'm going to take my bike to LBS...
I'm still new to e bikes (6 weeks in) but I think I could happily not own an (acoustic) again. I just enjoy riding and adventuring. And there's one thing about e bikes, they get me to places I never would have on a normal bike. I'm not really into big jumps or flying down a rock garden at 35mph...
Because we are just using her mum's old bike to trade in as well we've kept hers to sell on gumtree. It's only a Carrera but only 4 months old so should get about £140 for it as it was £300 new. So on top of the bargain already we will put that towards the bike. So the bike will be around £1160...
When I go tubeless do i have to get presta valves put in? I much prefer schwalbe (sp?) Valves. Any reason why most tyres come with presta!? I find the other valves so much easier to blow up ha.
Haibike SDuro Hardlife 2.0 27.5" Women's Electric Mountain Bike - 2018
We got it for a deal for £1300 with trading in her mum's old £50 bike and some haggling.
For this price and the riding she does i think it should be great. Any input even if it's constructive criticism is fine :)
Just ordered this.
Endura MT500 Burner Long Sleeve Jersey AW17 | Tredz Bikes
Anyone got one and is the price good? I'm hoping it will be warm enough for cooler winter days.
I also wonder if popularity has something to do with it. E bike sales are doubling or more each year. Maybe they know people want them now and will pay for them...
Hey mate I don't have a levo but this forum talks alot about them so have read a fair bit. It seems like if your not too fussed on having the latest bike with an added range the definitely the 18 on sale is the way to go. I've read alot of people saying that if you don't go for a higher end...
I'm not after one just seems crazy that e bikes are raising so much in price but for no added benefit to the consumer. It's not like there coming with extra technology or range or better components. But the price is getting higher and higher.
So just looking out of curiosity still for the wife and saw this
Voodoo Zobop Full Suspension Electric Mountain Bike - 16", 18", 20" Frames
Wondering if anyone knows why they would have put a £300 increase on this bike? Again why are e bikes going up in price and not the other way. Even though...
Really sorry to hear this nage. Makes my blood boil. Just finished a hard day's work and deciding if I have time before my daughter comes home to have a quick blast after a 11 hour day. And yet some folk think they are owed the world for nothing and they should be able to take things that others...
