i have about 350 miles on my 2021 Rail 9.7 with the BOSCH CX4 motor. What is my Kiox telling me with the service required message? Do in need to change the oil on my chain :)

my wife's electra Valego trek bike is like that, light always on. My rail that i just had reconfigured for the light, turns on and off with the kiox button. I think there is a software option for always on or controllable.

You need to take it to the LBS and have them activate the light in the software. i just went through this, using a Lezyne 1000 also. FYI the cable is just inside the frame where the other cables exit on the right. just remove the one screw pull the plastic guide piece out and use a flash...

My FUEL EX hub/axel did not need replacement. During my normal 1 min. hardware check i noticed a little play in the rear wheel when i was pushing on it. I just tightened the axel.

That rear hub looks like possibly your rear axel came loose. An issue reported by many here. i have been checking mine and no problems. however I did have it happen on my 2020 Trek Fuel EX 9.7 that has basically the same hub?
