I have 2 of these, one on either side of my van. Wheel bike in, clamp and done. When not in use just have the plate on the side so nothing to get in the way i did cut a bit of the lengh so the bike doesn't stick out too much.
Thanks, have just had a look into them. Not bothered with the specialized app, it's not what I have.
Any other cheaper options? Was thinking under £200, the 1030 looks like it does much more than I need. will only be used off road for following routes and showing distance and speed. not...
Been using my phone for new riding areas with trailforks ect. Looking for a bar mounted solution as stopping to take my gloves off and getting my phone out my pocket is a pain. What Garmin (or other make) are people using for keeping track of distance and navigation. Would also like to download...
Not tried the race 8, but I do have a 2018 e-crafty. I was in the same boat, looking at the same bikes.
Happy with my choice and find the mondraker great to ride, but I'm sure I would have been had I got the moustache.
Went out and had an look today, started in walking bottom and went for a explore. Only went over to Barry knows best and had a play on the trails between the carpark and there. Finished off with John the Baptist. Only did about 10 miles but have to say the ebike has rekindled my interest in...
Thanks, I've got racface cranks so not hollow, and I'm not over keen on supporting all that weight on the plastic motor cover under the bike for any great length of time.
May have to just get another like the ones I have and modify it, was just hoping there would be an off the shelf option. Iv...
Anyone point me in the direction of a floor stand that fits plus sized tyres.
I've looked all over but drawn a blank. I'm just after something to keep it upright in the garage, not a workstand. I have ones for the normal bikes but they won't fit 2.8 tyres.
Only other ebike I have had any time on was a Scott e-genius, the crafty feels a lot more playfull and willing to turn and change line than that did, much more like a "normal" bike and less of a tank.
I got it from sunset cycles, it's the 3rd bike I have got from them and recommend them to anyone.
Yep, crafty is what I went with, but just went for the r spec as I always end up changing all the components and brakes, wheels ect over time so it's pointless spending the extra for a spec I still would change. Got it Thursday and only had two rides on it so far. Have to say I'm loving it
Planning a mid week ride and thinking of trying out the Surrey hills for the first time. Wheres a good place to park for the trails. I've seen some YouTube videos where the trails end at a car park but don't know where it is.And any suggestions of what route/ trails to head for without getting...
