Any mountain bike has fair wear on those components. Emtb slightly worse but that's down to extra torque and I guess bad gear change under pressure. I'm guilty of that too, but that's the neture of the sport.

I just keep looking this table from Fox is and confusing the shite out of me!! I just don't get the way it reads. Can someone help please? What mm would you use to get to close desire settings of 27ish% ?
