Tried again tonight and no matter what I did I couldn’t get the slacker headset cup to fit without play
Fitting the original headset cup and their is no play at all
Will try again once I have bought a new headset bearing kit
Not really, its just when using the Fidlock Boa adaptor it puts it about 3mm from the bottom of the shock
When using the normal cage there is plenty of clearance
Trying to do this on the black 2022 model at the moment and struggling
Too much play in the headset after fitting it, whilst with the original headset there is no play at all
Going to try again just in case we didn't put it back together correctly
So if a 2022 base alloy model has the cutout in the frame then the headset should fit? is that correct
Trying to do this on my lads 2022 Model (with the Fox 36 Forks) and seem to be getting play in the headset after rebuilding it
No play at all with the original headset

I went for the World Championships last year
My advice is to get a seat in the stand at the finish line and watch from there via the large screens, you can see the riders heading down the fiisnhing straight
The atmoshphere is brilliant at the finish line
Be prepared to spend loads thought...
Its had the following
Renthal Stem
Renthal Fatbars
Magped Enduro Pedals
Ergon Grips as of now, just swapped out the Rev Grips
Renthal Chain Ring
SRAM GX AXS
Fox FLoat X2 Shock
Ergon Saddle
Fidlock Bottle Mount, although I now have to remove it and fit the normal cage when I want to use the RE...
My BMW does the same when in reverse too
I suspect the reversing sensors are not deactivated by the wiring loom or coding. Min was fitted in Bury by Peter Bowman’s an uses an official Wiring loom o the hook up
Just fitted my new shock, the bushing that were already on it fitted perfectly
Didnt need to swap them out with the DPS ones
Set it to the recommended Fox settings, but will dial it in when riding
Only downside is I have to put my bottle cage back on for my RE, as it is too tight of a fit...
