I have just picked up a 22 Expert and have been thinking of doing the exactly the same thing. Has anyone on here tried going to 170mm on the fork yet?

I do to. It’s very annoying. I can only ignore it for so long and then have to strip it and re-grease it. I’ve tried all kinds of grease and nothing seems to stop it happening! ?

I have the same in my 2020 Kenevo although I had to cut it slightly to clear the chain. It provides excellent protection to the rear pivots and back of the motor in the worse UK conditions. Definitely a good choice if you ride anywhere it’s wet and muddy which is all year round here in the UK!

Works fine on 7.4.2. Not sure about setting five. Setting three works so I don’t see why five wouldn’t.
