I’m 6’3” and I’m really happy on my S5 but I do like long slack bikes. I have sat on an S4 and it felt small to me. Try both if you can. There’s no too big or too small, the right size bike is the one which you are most comfortable on. ✊
I have mine in middle and high. The fork on it is 180 so the head angle is bang on 63 degrees, that same as it is with the standard fork and the slack setting. It’s my favourite setup as the bike is still quick and manoeuvrable on the flatter trails nearby but still more than capable on the much...
Use the Trailwatts Levociraptor. Excellent product, works perfectly and is not detectable when removed. This is my own experience and I have used them on a Gen1 Kenevo, Gen2 Kenevo and Gen3 Levo. They’re fantastic with plenty of happy customers on this forum. Trailwatts have their own section on...
As the others have said they all look like that as they are hand laid up, finished and laquered over. My old Expert did too but I like the raw carbon look, and my Kenevo SL also looks the same. You've paid for carbon so you might as well show it off!
Went through all this with @Renton on the mega thread. He had to go back to the dealer in the end and was a seriously unhappy customer! You’ve tried everything he did, have you got a more local dealer who can take a look at it for you?
I don’t understand. Looking at my KSL which I am now all the pivot points are in the same place and the motor is identical down to the ridges in the motor cover? The new KSL is the old KSL. 🤷♂️
It attaches with two very strong Velcro straps. I have had three of these guards on Gen 1 & 2 Kenevos and a Levo Gen 3 and they have all been excellent. They saved me a fortune in broken motor covers! Super secure, very strong plastic and lined with foam for a layer of cushioning. They aren't...
I have used Amgos bashguards on all my bikes. They are the toughest and offer the best protection. I had a Rockguardz on my Kenevo and it was very thin and brittle. It looked cool but it wasn’t very secure, scratched the frame got hit by a rock, smashed and fell off!
Here’s the link to the...
As @SteveRS says I have ended up with 3 spacers in my X2 and 265psi. I weigh 200lbs and it feels OK now, just enough progression, the suspension on the Levo is very linear. The heavier you are the harder it is to get enough progression. I think the X2 should come with spacers in from the factory...
We have a lot of tight steep switchbacks here and honestly I have never had a problem with the length of an S6. It was a concern when I was buying it but it proved to be unfounded. I can only think of one corner that I struggle to get it round but it’s virtually impossible to do on any bike...
