EWild 200 mile update. Theses girls got a true beating last two days. Some of the roughest fastest gnarliest chunk you ever want to throw your bike down and i haven’t gotten a single flat. both my hoops are severely beaten and the tire shows no signs of it.
So have run this combo so far...
I have found a pattern let’s see if it stays true. everyone who i have found liking DHF runs narrow wheels. 32 or narrower
Mary and Hans and assajgi but the narrowest front wheel i run is a 35 . The 29x2.6 tires Shwab makes roll on narrow wheels and become unpredictable. Example. Hans...
I have a stable of shoes, pearl, 5-10, shimano, cannondale, spec,
My two go two are shimano waterproof high top and there 3yr old vented can’t remember the model. But both the shimano are by for most comfy shoes. i wear them for daily rides and i race in 5-10’s as there super grippy and tight...
Well i couldn’t find my post on it from first install. but the bike now has 300 + miles and the whole drive train is shot. 6-7-8 gear slip under a load, chain still measures on wear. But the shifter has gotten very stiff to shift feels like it’s gonna break the cable at any moment. Skips...

Yesterday was my first Go on a 29x2.6 e wild on a 35 internal wheel.

Fantic has 29x26 on 36.5mm internal carbon Tnt hoop and 27.5 x40 rear with 2.6 Ewild.
Slayer has 29x32 front and 29x35 rear with 2.6 E wild...
Michelin sent me several sets for testing and to write reviews on. Have only had them a couple weeks and yesterday was my first day out with 29ers. been running 27.5 2.6 rear all summer and it’s pretty hammered but still working really well if not better then it did new
Today was day 1 with the wild up front. I am little off the pace with my holiday belly and slacking a bit on riding. today’s conditions where a mix of wet and little mud. Slippery rock, some loose wet sand and wet rocks. I’m little off with it up front as far as comfort. It has a very...
Michelin has supplied me with two 29x2.6 E-wilds to throw down the mountain and write a few reviews on. They just came today so i be mounting them up on two different rim widths. 32 internal and 35 internal to start!
I don’t ever run any type of cores up front so they just be tubeless installs...
