I have a 2020 Levo Carbon Expert and in the specs for my bike, it says I have a 40T chainring. Would I need to change that?
Specs are...
Chainrings
40T
Crankset
Praxis forged M30, custom offset
Cassette
SRAM XG-1175, 11-speed, 10-42t
If I by the AXS GX upgrade kit (£370), I'll need a GX 12...
In the past, I have used my iPhone on a Quadlock mount and a subscription to OS maps in the Uk. You can plan routes on the OS maps website or the app and it all syncs with the app on the phone. 1:25k maps of the route can be downloaded to phone, so no need for Wi-Fi/mobile reception when...
Was about to start a ride at the weekend and my Garmin showed an error but cant remember the exact code. As soon as the error showed on the Garmin, the TCU, flashed red and blue lights. Again, I didn’t pay too much attention to which LEDs were flashing but from memory they were close together...
I contacted Hope to ask which brackets I needed to fit the Hope Tech 4 V4 brakes to my Levo 2020 medium and they sent the following reply…
The Fox 36 fork is PM 180 so to run the 220 rotor you will need mount M. Part code; HBMM.
We'd need to know the PM size of the Frame to advise on the rear...
I bought the same brakes for my Levo but not fit them yet. Did the bike shop have to use different brackets for the callipers? I bought some new wheels along with Hope floating rotors but they would not work with the Code brakes, as the rivets caught the mounting brackets. I was told that I...
I bought a set of discounted Nukeproof Horizon V2 wheels for my Turbo Levo Expert Carbon 2020 to use as a spare set with winter tyres and have bought some Hope floating rotors but when I fit the wheels, the rotor rivets catch on the calliper bracket. I still have the SRAM code R brakes fitted...
My Wife had a test ride on the Orbea on Saturday and she bought it. Was a great price considering it had 4 piston XT brake upgrades. Had a little spin on it myself without the motor and was surprised just how it rode like a normal bike.
What was the issue? I've heard about them falling off mid ride but been assured that they will cheque the torque and threadlock the bolts to stop this happening
The Wife is on the verge of buying a Rise H15 at a good price but I'm needing reassurance about Orbea reliability and warranty.
Those of you who own an Orbea bike, can you list any issues you may have had and how quickly they were resolved please
Yes, I'm concerned about spares after warranty too. There's a thread about a Santa Cruz Heckler owner on here and he's having issues getting a new Shimano EP8 motor, even though he's willing to pay for it!!!
I’ve managed to find an Orbea Rise H15 with upgraded brakes at a UK dealer at a discounted price. I’m a little nervous though, after seeing that all the Orbea bikes they stocked were on sale. I asked them why the bikes were on sale and they said they were cutting ties with them. I asked why...
