Manitou Mezzer Pro if you can get hold of one. Amazing fork & very underrated. It’s as stiff as a 38 but weights bang on 2kg. It’s easy to set up & self service unlike Ohlins which would be my second choice

I think that’s fairly obvious that 203mm is largest size to run. I have seen 1st hand chain stays snap on ally frames in past due to running too large a rear rotor, so would be crash replacement rather than warranty, I did U.K. warranty for a brand 10+ yrs ago,
What’s the difference in travel between the two forks? 10mm more on the Pike might be enough to protect the damper from over compressing at full compression
Picked up Zeb R off CRC was an OEM fork turns out 63mm OD crown to help sell my Nukeproof mega which is 56mm so will be sending back 😂 & putting the Mezzer back on
My Large Rise fits in my SWB Transit custom with seats in the rear, turn wheel to side & bungee front wheel to van (have racking in mine) & can wedge rear wheel between one seat & side of van, have double seat & single all fold forwards & can be removed, plus everyone knows the transit drives...
ATC does seem to be more of a thing now. Used to be when buying a bike could run a fork at 150mm as recommended for bike or 10mm longer. My Rise the ATC is 567mm which is 150mm Fox 36. A 150mm Zeb would be around 577mm. Some are running 170mm Zeb so around 597mm ATC quite a lot more than...
