I put 1 x Levo Alloy FSR, 1 x Levo Womens Hardtail (both batteries removed), and 2 x kids islas bikes on the roof of a Skoda Octavia estate with no issues so far (I've only done a couple of short journeys though).
Hi All,
I have both a 2019 Base model Levo FST and a 2019 Womens HT Levo - Both bikes have been owned for only a few weeks and I've noticed that both have started to suffer from a little bit of side to side play in the rear wheels.
On my FSR I first noticed it after around 120 miles I took my...
In very simple terms I think that most forks have different functions in each leg. On most Rockshox one leg is the "Air" side which is effectively a spring (using air pressure) which would be bouncy on its own with no control over the compression / rebound. The other leg is the oil based...
I'm going to guess that the Rockshox are.......
- Lighter
- Better in both compression and rebound
- suited to people under 20stone
Even with the preload on fully soft on our HT the forks offer very little smoothness even with me (100kg ish) riding the bike. When the other half rides it...
I didn't uninstall mission control, but having both running at the same time causes issues with dropouts in bike to phone comms (at least it did for me), even if one is in the background, ensure that you fully close them before launching the other.
When setting the speed in Blevo its pushed to...
My original purchase was a Levo HT Womens version for the other half to use at weeknds etc and for me to commute on. two weeks later I purchased an FSR for myself (That was an expensive month!).
So far we've done very little to hers. Later this week it goes in for the handlebar remote to be...
You don't need to mess with wheel size / multipliers etc - just set the maximum speed you want to achieve on the "bike setup" page. You can set it to 50mph if you like, but just remember you'll run out of gearing and leg spin speed at around 27-30mph
Blevo will work on a 2019 Levo HT. I used it on ours to try but then realised I didn't actually need the extra speed and set it back to default.
I am sure lightblue will also work
My Levo has a sticker under the top tube (next to the build date / serial Number).....
- Mass of Bike = 22kg
- Structural Weight Limit = 136kg
I am not sure if the weight limit includes the bike weight (giving a rider & gear weight of 114kg) or whether its 136kg of rider and gear which is...
I'm a little lighter than you at just under 16st and a little shorter at just under 6ft. My commute is also similar at a 13mile round trip (including 3 decent hills in each direction).
I've got a Turbo Levo FSR (Alloy version) and its been great. I normally do the commute on Eco mode with the...
Anyone have any idea what happened to the ebay ones, apparently the seller "ended the listing", when I first looked 4 were sold with more than 10 remaining, and then the listing was cancelled. I was going to contact the seller as apparently he was <5 miles from me.
Hi Paolo,
Just a quick question - what should the maximum "motor efficiency" be? Today on a ride I managed a motor efficiency of over 100% - is that possible?
Whilst I'm not into road riding I found this video quite interesting.
Prior to my Levo I had a Specialized Camber comp carbon (for sale if anyones interested) for the rough stuff, and used a hybrid style bike for the odd commute (Flat bars, Road bike gear ratios, 32c Smart Sam tyres, no...
I tried all of the potential fixes on mine and the problem remained.
However the secondary problem on mine was that the compression dial on the other leg made absolutely no difference to the compression at all. Apparently another relatively well known fault but because mine had both issues...
There is a known "manufacturing" fault with some of the new Rockshox forks (Revelations / PIke). Apparently they are using too much grease in the air side when they are built and an air transfer port gets blocked which causes two issues.....
1) The fork never fully returns to full extension...
When I started my ride home from work yesterday my Levo battery was at approx 16% charged, I know that I use approx 9-12% to get home, so rode as normal (mainly eco, a bit of Trail on a couple of short Turbo bursts around a crazy roundabout and a big hill.
Just over half way home the battery...
