So, managed to get through to live chat, and rescheduled my delivery for this Saturday 28th. Then a further update on the tracking has been updated to the 25th of December. So trying to get this sorted out.
Went on to the webchat, typed my message, submitted it to then got a message saying live chat was not available. Had to then fill in a form with the same details, stating they would get back within 24 hours or average. Have asked for a reschedule for this coming Saturday :(
I got the same text today also, took the day off work, I hope you receive the e-bike soon. I actually read on the Vitus UK owner's Facebook page that this seems to happen a lot with arrowxl, or is it just a lack of manpower to get the goods out on time.
