There is a huge difference btw std Fox38 and E-tunned Fox38, E-tunnued is way softer on the damper site (valved for comfort), while many run the compression on the std Fox38 fully open.
The 800wh is quiet stiff to push out, so packed that my 800 battery had ruptured plastic and almost shortcircuit two wires to casing from factory (rupture in oposite direction of the way I pushed it out)
Get something like a pice of wood in similar shape as the inside og casing, use sope spray...

Agree, only BMS gets a bit hot during charging, electroninc board is packed in plastic, the two boards are in a sandwich, covered in thick silicone , endcover is plastic.
So no part of BMS is designed to dissepate heat efficently

You can buy Giant/Panasonic cells now and they are double the price, of 20% less capacity, same size cells.
Just the cells for 800wh battery weight 3.000gr 266-280wh/kg so 3.300gr for a complete battery is highly unlikely.
