A short bumble along the old railway track this morning from Killin to Callander. Only went as far as the Glen Ogle viaduct because my fitness is shite and my battery was getting low.

Ask her if that budget is every year. If so save for two years and get a better bike. If only for a year you are going to be stuffed if anything needs replacing.
I suggest going for a divorce and with your half of everything you will have a better budget to get a better bike. ๐ ๐
I have the same problem reaching up above my head and at work stuff like raking up leaves, banging in posts etc. washing my camper and car also makes it hurt. But as they told me at the hospital, itโs a life changing injury at my age. ๐ Canโt believe having an injury at 21 can be life changing...

its now been eight months since my fall. My shoulder is still sore with limited movement and my other shoulder is sore now because of over using it to compensate the other one. I work outdoors doing manual work on a campsite so certain things really cause it to hurt but I have to live...
I have been there once and it was fun. I stayed not far from it so biked up to it. Never saw anyone else up there. I expect on a weekend it will be more busy. ๐
There was talk Of it closing but not sure if it has yet. Perhaps ring them to find out. I love the place and spent two seasons working up that way so used it a lot. There are so many trails to choice from. Enjoy.๐
