depends what youre doing, Im 110kg (240lbs) I have mine setup quite fast on rebound, probably about -7 and I have 2 tokens and use both compression (fast and slow) 2 clicks off fully open with 100psi.
if im doing bigger drops etc on bikepark I might go more pressure and if im doing a long ride...
Nearing the end of week 13 in the gym, huge noticeable difference in my (and Sam's) general condition, strength and fitness, all translates to the bike which is brilliant. It's been such a game changer I may make a video on it..
yea its trickier than it should be, the drop isnt so bad but when im at full speed I find the rollers along that section really tricky to get right. I usually end up getting bounced about and nearly dying :)

they often have the bearing number etched around the outside edge..
if not, check the manual for your bike, its probably got the bearing numbers in there.
