Gym goers, need some advice - arm pump

yea its true, I do stretch but its hard to get 'in there' and feel like its making a difference, I also have a massage machine thing.. the 'glamour muscles' have definitely stopped me going OTB a couple of times where my max pressup dynamic adaptation has been tested strongly :D even deadlifts...

Gym goers, need some advice - arm pump

to all you lot that hit the gym.. I have been doing 4-5 days a week for about 4-5 months now and love it, fitter, stronger etc.. one downside is that most lifting involves gripping and this involves forearms and that is causing me savage arm pump when I go riding, especially on steep tech. is...

I have the 7idp Sam Hill pads, really comfy my son has the alpine stars ones, both are not maximum protection - I have the POC ones for that but they are pedal friendly, I have done 35 mile epic mountain rides and long bikepark days on them, no problems

Levo Gen 2 2020 Turbo Levo Comp new fork - 150mm or 160mm travel ?

Totally agree on the difference, however I have now been spoiled by a good quality fork with a great damper, I couldn't go back to a basic one now. nothing particularly special bearing-wise but they've lasted well and I have two Levo's to maintain so I keep buying them, I always have a couple of...

Levo Gen 2 2020 Turbo Levo Comp new fork - 150mm or 160mm travel ?

are you sure its a CSU creak, have you checked and changed the headset bearings etc? the standard ones are shite and a good quality replacement is a must, I got about 6 months out of my OEM ones before the creaking got too much, a good set of bearings, a clean up and regrease and you're golden...

Levo Gen 2 Levo Comp 2020 - Considering an upgrade from Guide RE to Code RS

I made a considerable difference to my guide RE with decent brake pads - the CL VXR Pads and the Hope 2.3mm rotors. the standard rotors were shocking and would constantly warp on me as well. one thing I still do with my brakes is bleed them regular, it makes a big difference.
