Not as powerful as the Bosch CX, much more pedalling resistance with the motor off than the Specilized SL. Others here disagree with me, but unclear if they have ridden the three side by side. But I have never owned Fazua, only demoed it for a day.
Edit - FWIW, I loved the bike so much I’d be...
Can’t comment on the Trek, but I thought the Pivot was sublime when I demod it. Let down slightly by the motor and spec at the price I tested it at, but the frame, geometry and ride was superb. If uk pricing was more sensible I would be seriously tempted next time
House prices in the UK are fairly impossible for young people with normal incomes. I have no idea how a grad today would expect to buy a house as a single person. Cost of living is very high and with the trussed up interest rates, mortgages are expensive. The market is slowly coming down again...
If the type of trail varies, I like having the option to tune to it. Adding some compression to take out the compliance and add pop for jumps is very useful.
This is why I like the ohlins and cane creek kitsuma coil on my patrol. Wind on a couple of clicks more compression on the shock for more pop on jumpy trails, soften it up for tech. Add a bit more ramp pressure on the fork to reduce bottoming out for jumps, less for more absorption on tech.

Agreed. I spent about 5 minutes setting up my ‘23 zeb ultimates 18 months ago and haven’t touched them since. Roughly set the sag, set compression open. Guessed at rebound. Nfi how many tokens are in them. They ride amazing.
Could do with a bit more suppleness off the top, but that gets...
Housing market in the uk is fairly ridiculous too. None of the good stuff in FoD is on Trailforks. Strava heat maps will give you a better idea.
Suggest flying over for a month of riding and try different spots before picking somewhere to live. Generally the closer to London you get, the worse...
I just connected the new app and it says defaults, but I’m sure I’ve turned it down previously and this app just reset it to the defaults. I’ll see if I can find it in my chat, I’m sure @Doomanic told me his settings and I used the same.
Does ok in a sealed container, generally advise against drinking it, and best to keep shop fluids in separate containers rather than mixing them into one? 🤷♀️
Hah! One of the things I love about the ksl is you can turn the motor off and it pedals like a normal (heavy) bike. If I’m riding with people on regular mtb’s, I quite often turn the assist off.
I ran out of time to test this morning, but did 6.8miles and 1056ft climb in 54mins. All the climbs...
