Here's my charging plug 3 pin male.πŸ‘‡ Here's the 3-pin female replacement port. πŸ‘‡ Is it close enough to fit? Any electrical engineers care to weigh in? (I don't know if the matching charger is 42 V/2.0 A for the replacement if needed. I'll try to find out if necessary.)

Close enough to fit my 3-pin charger plug? Replacing my dust cover for the 720Wh factory battery. Possible replacement.πŸ‘‡ The dust cover looks more stout and then just splice wires to battery connector...πŸ€” OEMπŸ‘‡ FYI: I finally got Linda to physically disassemble the charging port to convince her...

    πŸ’―My E-mtb IS my regular bike!πŸ˜‰ Nope to analogue...boring! Sold 'em off to make room for all 3 e's: πŸ‘Š βœ… mid-powered for solo/fitness βœ… full-powered for groups/mountains/epic βœ… fat-full powered for the sand and snow/occasional commuter.🍻

Plus, now 3rd party battery extenders are coming online in the last year or so. Especially for the mid-powered rigs.πŸ’ͺ But I opted to go 900+ Wh upgrade on my full-powered to give a little extra insurance on more epic rides. I previously had two 450 Wh (too small) and pack the other as backup...

There are so many top 10 emtbs out there! Just a matter of price point, riding style, and preferences. However, want to see more higher spec, under 5-6k USD. Getting too pricey lately at 12-14k.🀯

That and ride a buddy's rig if possible! The more experience the better! πŸ’ͺ

    Intense Tazer Alloy

Looking good! I had two Intense analog frames. But Intense did a nice Taser upgrade this year for a more streamlined down tube alloy option...plus no more potbelly (although it was a better CG for easier hopping).πŸ‘Š

The Pivot HQ is in South PHX...I demo rode both Shuttle full and SL last year. They were kind enough to do the Shuttle full after being disappointed of the Fazua 60. $50 (+ T-shirt😁) for half-day demo on their website. If I could afford both that would be key. The SL for solo trail XCish riding...

Dirt yes...but 700 mi and sensory cable good as new...could be just luck!🎲

None from SZZS. @stuff made some 3-D printable grommets for the crease and rock flap if I remember correctly. This was last May on this thread...pages 30-40ish? I'm going without, but could use a rock/dirt/mud flap if you find a source....😁

Shenzhen Zhaosheng Carbon CEF50 lightweight using Bafang M820 motor (Specifications Thread)

You can sand off the paint to get a better fit as some have already done. Will save you $30-40 to replace with 22.2 mm. Also, the SZZS engineer recommended this for better fitment due to paint layer thickness.

The linkage was tight on mine too when I disassembled for my DIY paint job. I had to grease the insertion points to get back on with only minimal scoring. Fortunately, limited scratching to the thicker layers of base/clear coat.😢 The good news is that the tightness reflects the precision and...

My plan was to upgrade to Enduro Bearings brands in another 6 months. Should be 1500-2000 miles. I too have been bearings-suspect with my DIY frames. However, I have my full-powered LCE004 from Light Carbon and fattie from Dengfu ....their bearings have held up well since 2021 and 2019...

Nice. I'm just trail riding but I was worried the buttercups were a little gimmicky for my riding style. My sense so far is that it they seem to add more suppleness over the RC2 damper/air spring!πŸ‘Š

Wow! Look at that undercarriage lift purple bling! Shiny!😎 Personally, I would've just gone one simple purple Cobra stripe up the middle on the hood and just kept it matte black solid. 🀣 I would've kept my frame solid (really faded) but the violet skulls are light reflective when I ride at...
