Just a comment regarding resolution to this.
Dealer took it apart, internal gears were shredded. No idea how. SRAM says they shouldn’t happen. Replaced it for free under warranty.

All, had an odd issue at the bike park today and can’t seem to find any data online. Installed my battery and all 5 lights on the display flashed red. The flashes were in a sequence of three, pause, three flashes, etc. no power and could not use the bike. Any idea what this fault means and how...
So I just tried this and it went berserk, lol. If I upshift, it goes about 3 shifts and then stops. If I downshift, it went 1 shift then back up 4, then 2 down then just sat there wiggling back and forth. Then it jumped about 6 gears and settled on 9.
I posted some photos above for visual reference - but everything appears perfectly in line to me. Unsure of the clutch, that could be a possibility, but I don't know how to check or fix that issue, if it is the case.
