I’m looking at putting on a DVO Topez Prime on my 2021 Rail 9.7. They said I would need to source special hardware for it since it’s offset. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what’s needed?

I have a trek rail 9.7 had a good wreck on it. Got high sided bent the bars broke the shifter levers off. I got it all back together and new bars. Tight and knock block lined up. When I turn to the right or left it goes till it hits the stops, the forks stop but the handlebars still turn more...
What I’m thinking now, I just really need to figure it out, I guess I should of counted instead of measuring against the old chain. I haven’t been riding as much as I wanted lately
I did adjust the B screw got it better, but almost feel as if the chains catching, pedal smooth then you’ll feel kind of hang up then smooth then hang up. It’s not crazy bad but it’s not how it was that’s for sure
