    Any Yamaha YDX owners?

Lol. You think I am lying? They did not know how to remove the thru axle, and I wasn't any help cause I never had a bike with that. Pretty believable a motorcycle shop doesn't know how to remove a bicycle wheel. It was literally the first Moro they sold.

    Any Yamaha YDX owners?

I had one for a few months. For entry level it is one of the best. But once you look at the specs. The Spesh gives alot more bang for the buck imo. I felt like the geometry wasn't downhill enough. It did ride great. But the power delivery of the brose was night and day, way more natural...

    Hello from Texas.

Ya I had a bike with a 500 and you have to watch it. On a Levo comp with a 700 and it is a huge difference. Can ride 18mph for 35 miles in highest setting if mostly flat concrete.

22mph regular cadence. 29mph top speed. And yes it is more fun.

(Some) EMTB weaknesses and possible solutions.

The pw-x2 motor supports cadence up to 150 I believe. It feels wild

Shoot I got major range anxiety, sold the Yamaha to a buddy and got a Turbo Levo Comp. I feel like the fork on the Yamaha was not up to snuff also.

I fully agree. I got the itch at a bad time too. It took weeks of research to even settle on one, and then finding the right size is another hurtle. Ya I love it, plenty capable for what I'm doing. Have done multiple 20+ mile rides. It's an absolute blast. Tons of bikes out there to pick...

I drove all the way out to Destination Cycles in Kerrville,TX to get a medium. Most Yamha dealers don't stock the bicycles. But if you go to Yamahas site it will show you who sells them. Only half of them stock them though. Lonestar Yamaha, knpowersports in Oklahoma. But I absolutely love...

Hey guys, wanted to say hello. Been riding on and off through the years. Used to have an epic, then went to road and got a tarmac. Now I'm back on the dirt. A buddy of mine has a handful of emtb's and was begging me to check them out. Well that was a few weeks ago. And now I am part of...

    4K E mountain bike

I think Yamaha is getting extremely competitive at this point. I just picked up a 2021 ydx-moro for 4650 OTD. I didn't have to pay tax cause I traded in a dirtbike with it. But for the specs, it is quite the contender. It's got the strong PW-X2 motor, crazy quiet. 160/150 Rockshocks...
