Hi, I've got the same problem using an android phone. No answers from trek , nothing available via the TQ dongle interface either. The only thing that gives the correct hours is connecting to an apple version of the app.

Just to add to this, if anyone has a similar problem with turning bearings in the frame I've had good success with Loctite 660. This is a retaining compound recommended by PYGA bikes when I had a similar problem.
